Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTCO3P44 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTCO3P44 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher MTCO3P44 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTCO3P44 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and THCA show a favorable association.
UCS, THYM, and LUSC are the cancer types where MTCO3P44 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
