Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO2P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,396 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCO2P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of peptidyl-serine phosphorylation, Positive regulation of transmembrane transport, and Regulation of generation of precursor metabolites and energy. Each is linked with MTCO2P4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO2P4-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO2P4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of peptidyl-serine phosphorylation grouped by MTCO2P4-low versus MTCO2P4-high in STAD.
