Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO2P30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,377 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCO2P30-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, Negative regulation of telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with MTCO2P30 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO2P30-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO2P30 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay grouped by MTCO2P30-low versus MTCO2P30-high in DLBC.
