Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO2P29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,702 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCO2P29-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZRSR2_S349, NELFE_S251, and PRPF19. Each is linked with MTCO2P29 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO2P29-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO2P29 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTCO2P29 versus ZRSR2_S349 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCO2P29→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCO2P29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
