MTCO2P19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO2P19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,978 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTCO2P19-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO1P19, MTND4P32, and LINC00894. Each is linked with MTCO2P19 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO2P19-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO2P19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTCO2P19 versus MTCO1P19 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCO2P19→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCO2P19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
