Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO1P40 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,801 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCO1P40-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NIPSNAP1, ACADVL, and TMLHE. Each is linked with MTCO1P40 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO1P40-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO1P40 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTCO1P40 versus NIPSNAP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCO1P40→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCO1P40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
