MTCO1P35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO1P35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,471 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTCO1P35-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to carbohydrate, Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, and Positive regulation of nucleocytoplasmic transport. Each is linked with MTCO1P35 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO1P35-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO1P35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to carbohydrate grouped by MTCO1P35-low versus MTCO1P35-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCO1P35→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCO1P35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
