MTCL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,434 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTCL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTCL1_S1514, MTCL1_S306, and MTCL1_S1808. Each is linked with MTCL1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCL1-to-partner and partner-to-MTCL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTCL1 versus MTCL1_S1514 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
