MTCL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,392 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GACAT2, MEI1, and TMEM158. Each is linked with MTCL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCL1-to-partner and partner-to-MTCL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTCL1 versus GACAT2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
