MTCL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,392 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHORDC1, CDT1, and SEMA5A. Each is linked with MTCL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCL1-to-partner and partner-to-MTCL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHORDC1 grouped by MTCL1-low versus MTCL1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
