Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,414 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNL1, XPO5, and LEMD2. Each is linked with MTCH1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCH1-to-partner and partner-to-MTCH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTCH1 versus GNL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
