Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTATP6P23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,560 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTATP6P23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR37, OXR1_S7, and SRCIN1_S987. Each is linked with MTATP6P23 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTATP6P23-to-partner and partner-to-MTATP6P23 results are reported.
