Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTATP6P15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTATP6P15 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher MTATP6P15 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTATP6P15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

TGCT, LIHC, and STAD are the cancer types where MTATP6P15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
