The most reproducible MTATP6P14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of action potential, Positive regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, and Regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with MTATP6P14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTATP6P14-to-partner and partner-to-MTATP6P14 results are reported.
