Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MTATP6P11 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MTATP6P11 expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MTATP6P11 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, MTATP6P11 RNA expression shows 10,709 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Together, these results highlight BLCA, LUAD, and ESCA as cancer lineages where MTATP6P11 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
