MTAPP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTAPP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,850 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTAPP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H2, RAI14_T297, and NSD2_S437. Each is linked with MTAPP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTAPP2-to-partner and partner-to-MTAPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTAPP2 versus P3H2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTAPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTAPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
