MTAPP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTAPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,506 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTAPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLF1, ERICH6-AS1, and CFAP43. Each is linked with MTAPP1 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTAPP1-to-partner and partner-to-MTAPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTAPP1 versus MLF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTAPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTAPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
