Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTAPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,026 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTAPP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA 3'-splice site recognition, Telomerase RNA localization, and Regulation of metallopeptidase activity. Each is linked with MTAPP1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTAPP1-to-partner and partner-to-MTAPP1 results are reported.
