Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTAP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,576 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN2A, DMRTA1, and KLHL9. Each is linked with MTAP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTAP-to-partner and partner-to-MTAP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTAP versus CDKN2A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
