Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,595 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1034P, RNA5SP413, and RPPH1-3P. Each is linked with MTAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTAP-to-partner and partner-to-MTAP results are reported.
