MTA3P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTA3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,950 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTA3P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX21_S71, REPS1, and SUMF2. Each is linked with MTA3P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTA3P1-to-partner and partner-to-MTA3P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTA3P1 versus DDX21_S71 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTA3P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTA3P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
