Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,168 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VSIR, EPS15_S221, and YWHAQ. Each is linked with MTA3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTA3-to-partner and partner-to-MTA3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTA3 versus VSIR in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
