Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 416 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1245P, SERBP1P2, and MIR3663. Each is linked with MTA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTA3-to-partner and partner-to-MTA3 results are reported.
