Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAI-1 and S6_pS240_S244. Each is linked with MTA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTA3-to-partner and partner-to-MTA3 results are reported.
