MTA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,110 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPSF7, SPINDOC, and INTS5. Each is linked with MTA2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTA2-to-partner and partner-to-MTA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTA2 versus CPSF7 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
