Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,903 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CA9, BBS2, and LHFPL1. Each is linked with MT3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT3-to-partner and partner-to-MT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MT3 versus CA9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
