MT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 364 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02563, RN7SL275P, and RPS29P31. Each is linked with MT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT3-to-partner and partner-to-MT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02563 grouped by MT3-low versus MT3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
