Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1L mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells, CD8+ Tcm, and CD4+ memory T-cells. Each is linked with MT1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1L-to-partner and partner-to-MT1L results are reported.
