Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1HL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,722 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1HL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, Cellular respiration, and ATP metabolic process. Each is linked with MT1HL1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1HL1-to-partner and partner-to-MT1HL1 results are reported.
