Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1HL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MT1HL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRMT5, LHX3, and NCOA7. Each is linked with MT1HL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1HL1-to-partner and partner-to-MT1HL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MT1HL1 versus PRMT5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.98.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1HL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1HL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
