MT1HL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MT1HL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 124 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1HL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HERC1, SLC26A7, and DIDO1. Each is linked with MT1HL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1HL1-to-partner and partner-to-MT1HL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HERC1 grouped by MT1HL1-low versus MT1HL1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1HL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1HL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
