MT1G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1G-associated genes across cancer lineages are MORF4L1P6, HIKESHIP3, and MIR6515. Each is linked with MT1G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1G-to-partner and partner-to-MT1G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MORF4L1P6 grouped by MT1G-low versus MT1G-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
