MT1F

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1F RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,477 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1F-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MT1G, MT1E, and MT1X. Each is linked with MT1F in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1F-to-partner and partner-to-MT1F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1F→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
