MT1F

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MT1F RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,644 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1F-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to erythropoietin, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Stress response to metal ion. Each is linked with MT1F in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1F-to-partner and partner-to-MT1F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1F→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
