Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1CP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,114 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1CP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Detoxification of inorganic compound, Cellular response to zinc ion, and Response to zinc ion. Each is linked with MT1CP in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1CP-to-partner and partner-to-MT1CP results are reported.
