Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 725 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MT1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are THAP7-AS1, SNW1, and NFATC2. Each is linked with MT1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1B-to-partner and partner-to-MT1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MT1B versus THAP7-AS1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
