Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 667 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MT1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPTOR_S863, SIN3B, and SLC41A3. Each is linked with MT1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1B-to-partner and partner-to-MT1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MT1B versus RPTOR_S863 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
