Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MT1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD115-42, RN7SKP223, and RBMY2NP. Each is linked with MT1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1B-to-partner and partner-to-MT1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD115-42 grouped by MT1B-low versus MT1B-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
