MT-TM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT-TM RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,929 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT-TM-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton transmembrane transport, Protein maturation by [4Fe-4S] cluster transfer, and Aerobic respiration. Each is linked with MT-TM in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT-TM-to-partner and partner-to-MT-TM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT-TM→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT-TM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
