Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT-ND4L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,709 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MT-ND4L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRPPRC, MRPL43, and MRPL44. Each is linked with MT-ND4L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT-ND4L-to-partner and partner-to-MT-ND4L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT-ND4L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT-ND4L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
