MT-ND3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT-ND3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,254 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT-ND3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPS12, MRPS22, and MRPS23. Each is linked with MT-ND3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT-ND3-to-partner and partner-to-MT-ND3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT-ND3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT-ND3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
