MT-ND1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT-ND1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,350 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT-ND1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPE1, MDH2, and MRPS28. Each is linked with MT-ND1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT-ND1-to-partner and partner-to-MT-ND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT-ND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT-ND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
