MT-CO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT-CO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,493 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT-CO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRPPRC, TBRG4, and MRPL39. Each is linked with MT-CO2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT-CO2-to-partner and partner-to-MT-CO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT-CO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT-CO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
