MT-CO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MT-CO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,476 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT-CO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT-CYB, MT-CO1, and MT-ND4. Each is linked with MT-CO2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT-CO2-to-partner and partner-to-MT-CO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT-CO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT-CO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
