MSX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE2C, NEUROD6, and MYF6. Each is linked with MSX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSX1-to-partner and partner-to-MSX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCE2C grouped by MSX1-low versus MSX1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
