MSTO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSTO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,395 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSTO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THOC5, PRCC, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with MSTO1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSTO1-to-partner and partner-to-MSTO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSTO1 versus THOC5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSTO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSTO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
