MSTO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSTO1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSTO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with MSTO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSTO1-to-partner and partner-to-MSTO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by MSTO1-low versus MSTO1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSTO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSTO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
