Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MST1R mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MST1R data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MST1R mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MST1R expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and OV show a favorable association.

UCEC, LSCC, and OV are the cancer types where MST1R mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
