MSRB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSRB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,038 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSRB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-75P, RPS20P25, and MTUS2-AS1. Each is linked with MSRB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSRB3-to-partner and partner-to-MSRB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-75P grouped by MSRB3-low versus MSRB3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSRB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSRB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
