MSRB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSRB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,546 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSRB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHA6, DDX39A, and PHYH. Each is linked with MSRB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSRB2-to-partner and partner-to-MSRB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSRB2 versus PLEKHA6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSRB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSRB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
